How do I install the extension?

Search for "Ponder" in the Chrome Web Store and click "Add to Chrome". The extension will automatically appear on ChatGPT pages as a blue plug icon next to the prompt input field.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. We never store your prompts. All grading happens in real-time and prompts are immediately discarded after analysis. We only store your email, account tier, and daily usage count. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free accounts get 10 prompt gradings per day. Pro accounts ($29/month) get unlimited gradings, priority support, and early access to new features.

Why isn't the extension showing up?

Make sure you're on chat.openai.com or chatgpt.com. The extension only works on ChatGPT pages. If you still don't see it, try refreshing the page or reinstalling the extension.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Account page. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Can I use this on mobile?

Currently, Ponder is only available as a Chrome extension for desktop browsers. Mobile support is planned for a future release.

How does the grading work?

Our AI analyzes your prompt across 5 key dimensions: Context & Background, Specificity, Output Format, Clarity, and Structure. Each dimension is scored 0-100, and the overall score is calculated. You'll receive specific suggestions to improve your prompt based on these scores.

What happens when I hit my daily limit?

Free accounts are limited to 10 gradings per day. Once you reach this limit, you'll need to wait until the next day (midnight UTC) or upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro, email ponder@rjbernaldo.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
